M	Mona on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 施設は良いとして、窓口職員の仕事の出来は悪い。なんやかやでお役所仕事。窓口の人々はだるい態度で次は誰の客対応をするのかも謎で人が所在なげにたまってるし色んな意味で優しくないのでHP削られます。提出した書類の見落としも多く、電話を子供が寝ている時にかけまくってきて、挙げ句の果てに窓口まで来るよう言ってきたり。ポスター掲示の催し物に関して聞いてもそんなのやってない、と言われるし窓口はよくわかってない。窓口に立っても誰も来ないのは他の方の口コミにあったが、夜間は仕事着のおじさんが対応するようだ。そのおじさんを顎で使っている女性は感じが悪い。 The facilities are good, but the work done by the counter staff is poor.
