It is the old school building of the two small schools. After the consolidation of Niko into Futaba Ko, it was used as a temporary school building in Nakakasai, but it's amazing that the Aomori University campus was opened in the neighborhood!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 旧清新第二小学校が閉校し、一時期葛西中学校の仮校舎を経て私立の青森大学の東京キャンパスとなる。
清新第二小学校は清新第三小学校と統合となり、現ふたば小学校となった。
学生数がどの程度いるのかわからないが、周辺で学生らしき姿はまず見かけない。
グラウンドはこれまでと変わらず休日などに少年野球などに開放されている。
The former Seishin Daini Elementary School was closed, and after a temporary school building at Kasai Junior High School, it became the private Tokyo campus of Aomori University.
Seishin No. 2 Elementary School was integrated with Seishin No. 3 Elementary School and became the current Futaba Elementary School.
I don't know how many students there are, but I don't see any students in the area.
The ground is still open to youth baseball on holidays.
