急に膝が痛くなり受診、レントゲンとエコーで検査して薬と湿布を処方して頂いた。服薬し数日したら痛みが無くなり驚いた。先生や看護師さんは話しやすい方で腕は良いが質問すると機嫌が悪い返答する先生とは違って色々教えて頂いた リハビリ設備もあり院内も綺麗で良い病院だった

清潔感のある綺麗な病院です。 先生も丁寧な説明をしてくれました。 看護婦さんもとても優しく居心地のいい病院です。 駐車場も広く停めやすかったです。

先生も看護師も感じの良い。 駐車場も広々と停めやすい。 外装内装とてもきれいで待合室も居心地が良い。 左鎖骨下のはれものを切開してもらったのですが、朝7に受付を済ませ、一旦自宅に戻って8時半の開業時間に行って、9時半には治療が終わって病院出ました。

二つ前の方と全く同じ感想です。若い先生に診察していただいたが、どういう状態か詳しい説明もなく、注射を打たれ、少しだけリハビリし、終わってから今後の治療方針について伺おうと思ったら先生はすでにおらず、会計させられる。痛み止めを有無を言わさず一週間分購入させられ、なくなったらどうしたらよいかと受付に聞いたら、それでも痛かったらまた来れば、と。憤慨し、もう少し詳しい説明を求めたら年配の看護師さんが出て来て、先生の代わりに説明してくれた。この方が感じが良かったのが唯一の救い。年配の大先生は評判がよいのかも知れないけれど、水と土曜の午前のみでものすごく混むとのこと。でも、もう行きたくない。

外観内観とも綺麗で、どの部屋も広めに作ってあるのか圧迫感がなく良かったです。 受付の事務さんも看護師さんも明るく、話しやすいため初診だったが安心出来ました。 診察室に入ると患部を確認してレントゲンへ。とてもスムーズで、すぐ撮影して結果が出るのでまた診察室に戻るというスピーディーさに驚きました。が、医師は診たというより見ただけ。 「骨に異常はないですね。(看護師さんに向けて)湿布貼ってください。じゃあ電気」 これだけです。患部の状態がこうなってるから痛みがあるとか、どれくらいで痛みが無くなるとか、日常生活でどうした方が良い等の説明も何も無く診察が終わりました。 医師からしたら身体的に全然問題ない事だったかもしれませんが、こちらとしては自分がどういう状態かも分からず、電気治療後に何か話があるのかと思っていたらすぐ会計で「え?」という感じでした。間違えて整骨院にでも来てしまったのかな、と困惑しました。 近辺の医院の中でも良いレビューが書いてあり、リハビリ室もあるので整形外科もちゃんと診てくれると期待していただけに、とても残念でした。医師に聞かれたのは部位だけで問診無し、説明無し。何度か通えばちゃんと会話をしてくれるのかもしれませんが、今度からはちゃんと整形外科に行く事にします。 建物の綺麗さとスタッフの方々の対応、受付から会計までの所要時間の短さに星を付けますが、医師の対応は首を傾げるばかりです。 追記 何故問診表の書き方について返事が来たのだろうと不思議に思いましたが、私が問診と診断を混同して記載していました。申し訳ありません。 これまで受診した医療機関では状態や病名等説明して頂いていたので、このような診察は初めてでした。 口を挟むまでもなく気付いたら診察終了になっており、その場合自ら再度聞きに行けない人間がいることを医師に知って頂ければと思います。 またこのコメントを見た方は診察終了しても不安な時は再診察して頂けるようなのでご安心下さい。

コロナが増える時ほど、その病院の質が露呈されると痛感しました。 何日も肋が痛み、骨なのかそれとも内側なのか分からず不安で、受診科の多いこちらで受診しようとしました。 前日に少し微熱(37度)があったので(当日は36度台)それでもと思い電話をして状態を説明したら、「内臓?内臓が痛いんですか?」と鼻で笑いながら言われました。屋外の診察や、診察なしでも薬処方します的なことを書いてあるのに、診察どころか問診もなく、委員長がCTある所のがいいんじゃないですか?って言ってますと電話口で言われて終わりでした。 コロナの事は仕方ないとしても、痛みや不安を訴える人に寄り添えないのはどうなんでしょう。もし診れないとしてももう少し違う対応できないんですか?こんな最悪な対応の病院は初めてです。二度と行きません。
