ろくに話も聞かずに、強い口調で注意された。
思いやり、優しさが足らない。
大変なのはみんな一緒。医療スタッフも受診側も。
心に余裕を。

こちらが質問したことに対してキツい口調で返したりとにかくはやく終わらせたいんだろうな、と伝わるような対応が多いです
ほかの方も受付に関して意見を書いていますがいい加減改善してください

かかりつけ医で抗生物質が出されて飲ませたと伝えたら『なんで抗生物質が出たんですか？今時、抗生物質出す病院あまりないですよ』と言われました。子供の風邪が良くならないからかかりつけ医の先生は処方してくれたのに、、、
子供が診察中にウロウロしていたら『普段からこんなに落ち着きないんですか？』と言われ、他にも診察に全く関係のない子供の普段の行動についての質問ばかりしてきて、子供の事を貶され本当に不愉快でした。子供がいる目の前でこんな馬鹿にするようないい方をする先生は初めてです
