★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店長とやらの対応が最悪でした。自分がスーツに詳しくなかったので情報提供を求めたのですがほとんど提供してもらえず、説明も専門用語しか使わないため分かりにくく、無表情で怠そうに接客されました。また、この店舗で取り寄せを頼んだら、サイズが無く取り寄せ出来ないと言われたスーツがあったのですが、他の店舗で調べてもらったら普通にあると言われました。他の店舗では、パンフレット的なものまでくれて丁寧に説明してもらえたのに、この店舗ではそのようなものはありませんでした。
 The correspondence between the store manager and Yara was the worst. Since I was not familiar with the suit, I asked for information, but I could hardly provide it, and the explanation was difficult to understand because it used only technical terms. Also, when I asked for an order at this store, there was a suit that was said to be unavailable due to lack of size. At other stores, they gave me pamphlets and explained them carefully, but there was no such thing at this store.

叉、機会があれば、行きたいと思います。
今回は、入り用な所だけしか見ていなかった
ので、どんな物があるか良く見ていません。

レディースの物も充実してて
スカートスーツの上下もセールで色々ありました。
仕事で着るのでショッピングモール等に入っているショップで簡単に購入することが多かったのですが、
生地も仕立てもさすがに良いのでここのセールは狙い目！
中に合わせるトップスも選べたので
大変満足でした。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 時期的にﾌﾚｯｼｬｰｽﾞﾌｪｱで何組か居て忙しそうでした。入店時に声はかけてくれましたが先客優先でどうぞと話したら、ほどなく別の店員さんが対応してくれました。無理な売り込みが無いので安心です。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店側のクレジットカードの操作が悪くこのカードは使えないの一点張り。あくまでも自分たちは悪くない、お客様のカードが使えないと言い張るのでその場で本部に連絡し確認したら店側のクレジットカードの支払方法操作が間違っていてすぐに決済できました。
おかしいと思ったら、自分たちで本部に聞いたりして対処をするわけでもなく、客が悪いと決めつけるサービス業としては信じられない接客でした。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ３月末に利用しました。ちょうど新生活の時期と被っていたため最初に対応してくれた店員さんは試着している間に他のお客様の接客を始めていてしばらく放置されてしまいました。せめて、少々お待ちくださいって言ってもらえたら違ったんですが。試着が終わって待っているこちらに気が付いているのに知らん顔されるのは少し気分が悪かったです。忙しい時期だから仕方ないのでしょう。
