★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 施設自体は綺麗で職員の対応も良いが一部職員の対応遅さや言葉遣いや態度が悪すぎるのが目立つことが多かった
The facility itself is beautiful and the staff are good at dealing with it, but it was often noticeable that some staff were slow in responding and their language and attitude were too bad.

施設はとても綺麗でしたが施設長は感じ悪かったです。当方の身体的な事を小馬鹿にする様な発言あり不快でした。
入居者と職員の距離も遠い感じ、老人介護施設というよりは療養病棟。出入り口やエレベーター、お風呂場、至る所に〝鍵〟がついており、入居者のユニットの行き来も制限されてるのかな？と感じました。(実際はそうではないのかもしれないけど…)

The facility was very beautiful, but the facility manager felt uncomfortable. It was uncomfortable because there was a remark that made us physically foolish.
The distance between the resident and the staff seems to be far away, and it is a medical ward rather than an elderly care facility. Doors, elevators, bathrooms, and other places have "keys" everywhere, so maybe the resident's units are restricted from coming and going? I felt that. (It may not be the case though ...)
