も	もちださん on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 満足度120パーセントでした。義父の1人で住んでいるアパートの遺品整理及びゴミ屋敷清掃で利用させて頂きました。見積もり依頼をした次の日に遠いにも関わらず直ぐに来て頂いて、その場で金額の提示をして頂き、見積もりした金額以上の追加料金はかからない事や、なぜこの見積もり金額なのか、その根拠などを丁寧に説明して頂き、家族と相談してお願いしました。作業日当日は家族も立会いの下、複数人の作業員さんでテキパキと作業して頂き、見ていて気持ちが良かったです。要る物要らないものなども要望を伝えればそのように細かく仕分けして頂きました。思ったより物量があった為、2日かかる作業でしたが終始安心して任せられました。実はこの作業の途中で、義父名義で借りたアパートがもう1件あり、そちらにも少しゴミが残ってる事が発覚....... どうしよう？と途方に暮れてたのですが、こちらはお願いしていないのにも関わらずなんと追加料金なしの善意で「ついでなので良いですよ」と掃除して頂けることに。本当に感謝しかありません。金額が安くて、作業も丁寧、イレギュラーな事が起こったとしても柔軟に対応して頂き、今後また何かでお願いする事があっても、安心して任せられるなと思いました。本当にありがとうございました。 Satisfaction was 120%.
