★ ★ ★ ★ ★ こちら管理の物件への苦情対応が最低です。アパートの一室、給湯器の音が爆音で近所迷惑なのに、連絡を入れると「住んでる人から連絡をしてもらわないとどうしようもありません」と一言。
いや、住んでる人に連絡する取って確認するのが管理会社として当然の行動だと思うのですが……
2ヶ月ないし半年、未だに対応してもらえず、かなり迷惑です。
