M	Masa Jacky on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ この日は休日ディナーをしようとこちらのお店に訪問。少し前にお電話をしたら、改装中だったので、リニューアルオープン後、すぐに訪問しました。お店は清潔感があり、綺麗な店内でした。コロナ禍で時間短縮営業でしたが、店内は満席でした。料理はアラカルトで注文。 ●イワシの自家燻製と特製ドライトマトイワシの燻製が美味しいですね。ドライトマトとの相性もバツグンで、ワインに合いますね。 ●おまかせ前菜盛り合わせ 4-5種の前菜がおまかせで盛られてきます。なかなかボリュームがあり、コスパが良く感じられます。 ●桜海老とオリーブのピザこちらのお店のオススメはピザです。ピザ生地も美味しく、焼き加減もちょうどいいです。桜海老とオリーブの相性もバツグンです。ワインに合いますね。 ●スパゲッティボロネーゼボロネーゼは優しい味付けです。濃厚な味のお店もありますが、自然派の方にはオススメの味です。女性にうけそうな味です。 ●NZ産サーロイングリル、マディラ酒ソース NZ産の牛は肥育日数が短めなので、淡白な味が特徴です。濃いめのソースが合います。少し肉にパサツキ感がありました。ソースは美味しく、優しい味です。 ●産地直送、鮮魚のソテーこの日の鮮魚はサワラでした。パプリカの彩が良いソースで食べます。この味付けも優しい味付けでした。初めて訪問しましたが、全体的に優しい味でした。女性にうけそうな味で、自然派の方にオススメです。今度はゆっくりと訪問したいです。ご馳走様でした。また伺います。 I visited this shop to have a holiday dinner on this day.
