★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1万円のアレンジフラワーを頼みました。作って欲しいアレンジフラワーの雰囲気も写真を見せて伝えました。その人のセンスもあるのでできあがりが納得いきませんが、そこは仕方ないのかなと思ってます。が、翌日に届けるのを考慮して少し閉じたくらいのお花を入れていてくれたら素敵だなと考えながら受け取りに行くと、トップに全開に開ききって花びらがベロンとなったバラと傷だらけの花びらのあるバラが14本中6本あり、花びらの先端の色が灼けてしまっているものもありました。レジのスタッフはバラが繊細な花にもかかわらず硬い紙袋に花びらを気遣うことなくガサガサ入れていたのでとても残念でした。1万円を払って誰かに送る花を頼んだということ。相手の方がバラが好きなのでとわざわざ伝えたにもかかわらずこの対応。大切な人への贈り物を購入されるのであればこのお店はそういった気持ちを考慮できないお店なのではないかとこの度購入して感じました。自宅に飾る花を自分で綺麗なものを選んで購入する分には便利だと思います。今回、私は3つのお店からここを選んだのですが、自分の選択ミスでした。参考になればと思います。
I ordered an arrangement flower for 10,000 yen. I also showed the photos to convey the atmosphere of the arranged flowers I want you to make. However, when I went to pick it up, thinking that it would be nice if I could put in a flower that was a little closed in consideration of delivering it the next day, it opened to the top and the petals became bellon, full of roses and scratches. There were 6 out of 14 roses with petals, and some had a burnt color at the tip of the petals. The cashier staff was very disappointed that the roses were rough in a hard paper bag despite the delicate flowers, without worrying about the petals. He paid 10,000 yen and asked for a flower to send to someone. This correspondence even though I told you that the other party likes roses. If you want to buy a gift for your loved one, I feel that this shop is a shop that cannot take such feelings into consideration. I think it's convenient for you to choose and purchase beautiful flowers to decorate your home. This time, I chose this from three shops, but it was my mistake. I hope it will be helpful.
