K	K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 結論からいうと、筋トレメインの人で、スーパーセットを取り入れてるなら不向きの店舗。それ以外なら、問題なし。設備は新しく、きれいで、スタッフも1名以外は愛想よく対応も素晴らしい。過去2年、9ヵ所以上のエニタイム店舗でウェイトトレーニングをして来たが、「器具同時使用禁止」のルールが壁に貼ってある店舗は初めて。明らかに人が待っているのに、スミスマシーンとパワーラック同時使用や、ケーブルとダンベル用のベンチ同時使用などの迷惑行為なら理解できる。但し、待ってる人とかがあきらかにいない状態で同時使用禁止となると、サーキットトレーニング、スーパーセット、ダンベル・バーベル交代するトレーニングなどは全て不可のため、かなり不自由だと感じた。良い点：・設備は新しく、きれい・スタッフの対応も１名ぐらい除いて、愛想と対応いい・フリーウェイトフロアの床がクッション性の素材で、デッドリフトなどに音がうるさくない・アシステッドプールアップ・ディップスマシーンがある悪い点：・同時に複数の器具使用禁止のルール・ストレッチエリアにバランスボールがなく、狭い・トレーニングできるフロアが2階と3階だが、トイレは1階のみ・他の店舗に比べて注意書きがかなり多いため、居心地がよくない From a conclusion, it is a person of muscle Tremaine, and if the super set is adopted, the unsuitable store.
