山	山本功（PassBox） on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ この店舗は3階建の構造で1階がマシン、2階がフリーウエイト、3階が有酸素系といったところ。三ノ輪の割には駅からちょっと歩きますね。設備レベルは普通よりちょっといい位でしょうか。階移動が少しばかり面倒くさいが、設備としては基本的にはいいと思いました。 This store has a three-story structure, with machines on the first floor, free weights on the second floor, and aerobics on the third floor. For Minowa, I walk a little from the station. Is the equipment level a little better than usual? It's a little troublesome to move upstairs, but I thought it was basically good as a facility.

y	yuma s on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 仕事で台東区～荒川区を訪れたときに度々利用するが、特定の女性スタッフ2人組がいつもばかでかい声で雑談をしていて非常に不愉快。 1Fのエリアを使っていると、常に話し声が聞こえてくるので集中力に欠ける。逆にどんな環境でも集中力を身に付けたい人には適しているのかもしれない。数ヶ月前利用したときは「2時間近く利用されているので黒板に書いてあるので1時間以内で」と声をかけられた。今年に入ってから数回、男性スタッフと思われる方が勤務後度々利用しているのを見かけたが、2時間近く利用していた。会員には1時間以内でと注意したり制限するのに、スタッフはお構い無し。確認するとまだ黒板には1時間以内でとの記載がある。どうやらスタッフはルールを破ってもいいらしい。それとも私が他店の会員だから注意されたのか。自店の会員には注意しないのだろうか。いずれにせよ設備といい接客といいすべてが中途半端な施設。たまに丁寧な対応をしてくれるスタッフがいるので、快適に利用ができるかどうかはそのときの運次第。 I often use it when I visit Taito-ku to Arakawa-ku for work, but it is very unpleasant because a pair of specific female staff members are always chatting in a ridiculous voice. Several times since the beginning of this year, I saw a person who seems to be a male staff member often use it after work, but he used it for almost two hours. The staff is okay to warn or limit members to less than an hour. When I confirmed it, there was still a statement on the blackboard that it was within an hour. Apparently the staff can break the rules. Or was it careful because I am a member of another store? Don't you pay attention to the members of your store? In any case, the facilities and customer service are all half-finished facilities. Occasionally, there are staff who will take care of you, so it depends on your luck whether you can use it comfortably.

If you have a pre-existung anytime fitness membership they're totally fine with foreigners and I had no dramas getting in and out of the building with my tag. I think maybe you won't be able to sign up new as a foreigner though unless you have a Japanese bank account. The gym is split across three floors - first floor is mostly machines, second is free weights with two squat racks, dumbbells, cable machine and a Smith Kathrine. Third floor is just cardio machines but I didn't really use those - only had bikes, treadmill and cross trainer. Its very clean and the staff are polite and helpful. It may not have heaps of equipment but it had everything I needed for a month of solid workouts. Just make sure you clean the equipment after you use it with the provided alcohol wipes, and don't stand on the stretching mats with shoes or bare free - please wear socks. If you sweat on the floor or anything also please mop it with the provided mop.
