★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 健康維持のためにと思い11月から通っています。64才で初めてのジム通いですがスタッフの皆さんは親切で感じがいいです。マシンの使い方やトレーニング計画なども丁寧に教えてくれます。体調も良いですね。
I have been attending since November to maintain my health. It's my first time to go to the gym at the age of 64, but the staff are kind and nice. They will also carefully teach you how to use the machine and training plans. I'm in good shape.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店舗が狭い上に人が混みすぎる。
17:00〜21:00はまさにピークで使いたいマシーンもろくに使えず、シャワーも順番待ちで使えないことが非常に多い。ロッカーも狭いので人がいると窮屈。どこの店舗もそうですが道路に面していて外から丸見えなのも個人的にはＮＧ。
前まで水沢の某ジムに通っていたが人混みも少ないし、男女別更衣室もあって広い。外からも見えないし、会費もそっちの方が安い。
通勤の都合上一関にできて嬉しかった反面、施設の設備的な問題で通うのが億劫になりました。
スタッフさんは親切で対応がいいので、人混みが苦にならない人にはいいと思います。
The store is small and too crowded.
From 17:00 to 21:00, the machine you want to use at the peak cannot be used easily, and the shower is very often not available due to waiting in line. Lockers are also small, so it's cramped when there are people. As with any store, it is NG personally because it faces the road and is completely visible from the outside.
I used to go to a certain gym in Mizusawa before, but it's not crowded and there are men's and women's changing rooms, so it's large. You can't see it from the outside, and the membership fee is cheaper there.
I was happy to be able to work in Ichinoseki because of the convenience of commuting, but on the other hand, I was reluctant to go there due to the equipment problems of the facilities.
The staff are kind and responsive, so I think it's good for people who don't suffer from crowds.
