基本的にジム全体の床面積が小さすぎます。
ここに無理やりマシン類を詰め込もうとするので、何かと使い勝手が悪いです。
ほんの一例ですが、フリーウエイトコーナーにあるインクラインベンチは2台が狭い間隔で隣り合っていて、ダンベルフライなんか同時にやったら、確実に隣の人に当たります。
利用した時はたまたま空いていたので大丈夫でしたが、混んできたらストレスたまりそうです。
快適さとコスパで考えれば、近くにあるユメックスアリーナのジムの方が私にはよいと思いました。
