頻繁に器具や配置などを変えていて面白いです
体幹ストリームがおかれたのを期にレビューしました
残念なところはこれ以上建物を広くできなくてマシンの数を制限されるところ。ですが、一階ですぐジムに入れて、全体を見渡せる狭さが僕は好きです。がっつり鍛えたい日、不満があるかたは、人混みかつマナーの悪い市原のエニタイムにいくことをオススメします

店員が長時間占有している兄ちゃんたちを注意していて○
スミス、ケーブルが2台ずつあるのでマシンが埋まっていても代用しやすい
責任者わかってるねえ♪
市原のが治安悪いかも…

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ スタジオやプールはありません。ちょっと狭いですがトレーニング器具はそれなりに揃っています。
色々な店舗を使っていますが、スタッフはこちらが1番良いですね！
シャワーはだいぶ改善されたように思います。温度も高くしていただけました。
マシン占有の方がちらほらしますが、これはどこの店舗でも同じです。。。少なくともスマホいじりは家でやってもらいたいものです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 普通に良いかと思います。コンパクトな床面積で壁の時計が見やすいし掃除もすぐにできそうです。シャワー室は３つ。共用無し女性専用1つ。シャワーヘッドは最低限な感じで他所の方が立派です。マシンのベンチに居座りメール入力作業の方が忙しそうな人々はスタッフさんのおかげで減りました。他所では無いスタッフさんの爽やかさが応援したくなる所以です。
I think it's usually good. The compact floor area makes it easy to see the clock on the wall, and it seems that cleaning can be done immediately. There are 3 shower rooms. One for women only without sharing. The shower head has a minimal feel and is better elsewhere. Thanks to the staff, the number of people who are sitting on the bench of the machine and are likely to be busy entering emails has decreased. This is the reason why I want to support the freshness of the staff, which is not anywhere else.
