熊	熊取谷知広 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ トレーナーが付いてメニューを組んだり指導したりというタイプでなく、自分でやりたいことをやる（勿論ルール内で）タイプのジム。フリーウエイトエリアは広くないけどパワーラックが2つ、スミスが1つ、ダンベル用ベンチ台、アームカール台、アブベンチ、ケーブルがあります。コナミみたいにおしゃべりしながらという感じでなく、ストイックな会員が多い印象です。欠点を挙げるなら3点・シャワーがお湯になるまで時間がかかる。・1Fコンビニ2Fジムなのは便利だけど、コンビニの喫煙スペースがジム入り口になっている・エニタイムフィットネスが浸透してくるにつれ、客層がどんどん悪くなっている A gym where you do what you want to do (within the rules, of course), not the type of training and menus with a trainer. M	Mr 305 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店員の態度が最悪です。挨拶なし。声が大きいと注意を受けたがその店員が私より大きな声で会員と話していました。また同じ声量で話してる会員には注意せず私たちだけ注意を受けました。コロナの関係で二人以上でのトレーニングを控えるように注意書きがあり友人とたまたま会い私は別でトレーニングしていましたが何故か私と友人(2人)が3人でトレーニングをしていると思われ注意を受けました。私は別でやっていたと言っても聞き入れてもらわれず、次こう言うことがあれば強制退会させると言われました。上記がありましたので私はこのジムの利用をやめました。 The attitude of the clerk is the worst. 重	重里幸道 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ウエイトトレーニング歴は40年。色々なジムに行きましたが他と比較してこの価格で考えれば充分な設備とセキュリティー。ダンベルの重量が30kgと軽めなのが残念ですが初心者が多いので安全面を考えればこの重量がギリギリ。会員の方々も黙々とトレーニングして終わればすぐに帰る。よく見られるグダグダとジムで過ごす人がいないのがとても気に入ってます。 40 years of weight training history.
