特に個室の雰囲気がおしゃれに感じました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 新人さんなのか分かりませんが、食べ放題コースで予約して席に案内してもらいましたが水も何も出て来ません。メニューもずっと出てきません。ボタンを押して再度来てもらった際に「食べ放題コース予約してるんですけど」と言うと「あ、そうなんですねすみません。」とニヤニヤしながら謝罪。
その後タブレットを持ってくると出ていきましたがタブレットも中々持ってきません。挙句には火もつけてもらえず自分でつけました。勿論最後まで水もありません。
研修してないんですか？フロアに出せるレベルじゃないと思いますけど。
ヘラヘラと部屋に入ってきて間違いましたと出ていったり驚愕でした。
今日は特別な日だったので前もって予約したりしたのに本当に残念です。
ただ他のスタッフさんは丁寧で
1番上のコースだったのでお肉の質もよくとても良かったです。
上記の事がなければ☆5つでした。

I was astonished when I entered the room with a spatula and said that I made a mistake.
It was a special day today, so I'm really sorry that I made a reservation in advance.
However, the other staff are polite
Since it was the top course, the quality of the meat was good and very good.

ランチは、一週間毎日有ります。
ランチメニューも沢山有ります。
が、ファミリーカルビSPランチを注文しましたら、80％以上が脂身の肉がお皿に盛られて来ました。
今までで一番最悪です。
メニューの写真とは全くの別物！
今時安価な食べ放題の焼き肉屋さんでも目にしないようなものでした。
バックヤードではアルバイトらしき連中が大きな声で笑い賑やかに騒いでいる。
もう二度と行かない！
因みにホームページに書き込んだが、全くの反応無し！
組織ぐるみで腐ってしまったか！
※写真では、赤身がそこそこ有るように見えますが、実際の物は殆ど脂身の白一色。
写真の撮り方で美味しそうに見えますが。

2人で黒毛和牛のカルビハラミのセットを頼みましたが十分すぎる量で満足
デザートの石焼きブリュレは写真映えもして味もGOODなのでおススメ
ただ店内が活気なくて居るのが気まずい。

定番の得々ダブル120ランチはいつも通り?美味しかったです～‼️(笑)

量は以前は150gだったような。
ライス大盛無料でカバーするか。
(かすかな記憶?)
ユッケジャンスープが好きです。
またスペシャルランチはドリンクバーがついているのでお得感あります。

身内で和気和気藹々とするのはいいけど仕事ですよね・・・このご時世ででかい声出してコールの注文を返すって（夜も遅いし店内はお客なんてほとんどいないし黙々とみんな食べている）
それを面白く思って笑ってる他の店員もどうなのかな？と。何が面白いのかそれを楽しいと思っているのは店の人だけだと思いますけど。
他の系列店舗使わせていただいていた時にはこんな事なかったのでより目立ちました。
