★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ケーキの味は美味しく、見た目は可愛いです。しかし、店員の態度が感じが悪かったです。
接客の感じが、声が小さく早口で「ロウソク５本入りの物御座いますが、お付けしますか？」って聞かれたので、こちらが「お願いします。」って言い切る前に、被せるよう「かしこまりました。」「お持ち歩き時間は1時間までとなっておりますが。よろしいでしょうか？」と言われたので「はい」と口を開け発言しようとした瞬間に、「ありがとうございます。」といいながら伝票に何やら記入し値段が表示された電卓とカルトンを突きつけられました。誕生日ケーキとして、購入をしたかっため、以前こちらでケーキを購入した際にプレートを付けて頂いたので、一応、聞いてみようと思い「誕生日プレートとか有りますか？」と、お尋ねしたところ、半笑いでハイハイと言う感じで「そういった、プレートは無いんで。申し訳ありません。」と言われました。
正直、一番この態度がムカつきました。
おまけに、商品ケースから出てくるケーキを見たところ既に傾いており正直な感想、別の店で買えば良かったと思いました。
同じ系列のアニバーサリーは、接客も丁寧で誕生日プレートを付けて貰えるので購入を検討するのであれば、別のお店に足を運んだ方が良いかと思いました。
こちらは、凄い丁寧な接客を求めているわけではありません。プレートも無いのであれば無いで構いません。ただ人を不愉快にしないで欲しいだけです。
今回、たまたま店員さんの機嫌や人が良くなかっただけだと思うようにしています。
しかし、あのような態度を取られては、こちらは5000円近く払ってただ嫌な気分にされただけです。

To be honest, this attitude was the most frustrating.
As an added bonus, when I saw the cake coming out of the product case, it was already tilted and I thought honestly that I should have bought it at another store.
The anniversary of the same series, I thought that it would be better to go to another shop if you consider purchasing because the customer service is polite and you can attach a birthday plate.
This does not mean you need a great courteous customer service. If there is no plate, you do not have to. I just want people not to be offended.
This time, I try to think that the clerk's mood and people were just bad.
However, if you take that kind of attitude, you just paid around 5,000 yen and just felt disgusted.

見た目だけでなくケーキも美味しかったです。
切り分けるときにリボンを崩したくないと思い外してしまいました。(綺麗にとれました。笑)
ここはホールのケーキしかないみたいなので、今度は南青山や早稲田のお店に行ってみたいです
