★ ★ ★ ★ ★ auのスマートパスプレミアム会員で火曜日に1200円割引でよく行くのですが、店員さんが慣れていない人だと受付で物凄く待たされます。
そして帰りにちゃんと引き継ぎが出来ていないとまたクーポンの提示を求められたりします。
このサービスが提供されてから大分経っているので上の方がちゃんと教育をしてあげて欲しいと思います。

当方フリータイムの1人カラオケで利用しようと思い立ち寄ったが、「1人カラオケフリータイムで」と言い終わる前に「1時間までですぅ
〜」と話を遮られた。まずこの時点で接客態度以前に人間性としてどうなのか。
また、部屋に入室する前に用紙に記入すると思うが、その店員は何もしない。結局こちらからアクリル板の向こうにある用紙を取り出して記入する始末。
コロナで入りもまばらで忙しい訳でもないにも関わらず、対応の悪さが目に余る。
最初だったので、大目に見たが、次回以降も同じような接客態度が続くようなら、こちらとしても直接思ったことをぶつけさせて貰うし、店長とも話をさせてもらう。
よく利用させてもらっているが、他の店員さん(特に男)は丁寧な接客で気持ちよく利用させてもらっています。いつもありがとうございます。
