（周辺の景色が、 広くて）、気持ち良い場所だと思います。
この公園を拠点として、
周辺で、 散歩や、ウォーキングや、ジョギングや、サイクリングなどが出来れば、
とても良いのではないか？と思いますが、
残念ながら、この公園には、トイレが無さそうです。
車を停められそうな場所は、少しは有るので、
トイレさえあれば、上記のような事が、やりやすくなると思います。
（上記のような事をするための、拠点とする事が出来ます）。
（そういう人も、増えるのではないでしょうか？）
来る人（歩き回る人）が増えれば、 その周辺で、
例えば、自販機ビジネスや、野菜の販売などの商売も、成り立ちやすくなります。
トイレくらいは、有った方が良いのではないでしょうか？
ただ寄ってみるだけでも、
やはり、トイレが無いと、長居は しずらいです。
ここの、安中市と富岡市の境の（高台の台地）は、 とても広いです。
そして、景色が良いです。
なので、広い場所に、いくつかずつ、
そういう公園が有っても良いような気がします。
