 Attitude is terrible. I promised that I would call back, but there was no contact, and when I asked if the NG conditions could be dealt with by increasing the rent, I could ask if I could double it.

尋ねると、遠方を理由に重要事項説明を省略もしくは郵送で済ますとの説明。
宅建業法の規定で重要事項説明は、対面説明もしくはIT重説の義務があるはずとお伝えすると社内に確認すると。（当方は宅建業者ではない）
こんなことも知らないなんて宅建業者として信じられません。
