The owner from Ehime will treat you with carefully selected ingredients and carefully selected sake. The shop was beautiful and I was very satisfied.

う	うやざくら on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ こちらは愛媛の地鶏を使った焼き鳥を扱っておられるお店です。地鶏は好みで別れますが、焼き方が絶妙に上手いので、どの串も美味しいですね。特に肝なんかは苦手な方が多いですが、自分も小さい時にカチカチのパサパサの肝を最初に食し、あまり好きではなかったですが、こちらのは弾力とほこほこ感が絶妙で必ず注文します。串に刺していない焼き鳥メニューも色々あるので、楽しめますよ！あとはこちらへ通うのは、安定感ですね。野菜サラダのお野菜も天候不良とかあるのに、いつも安定して美味しい野菜がいただけますね！最後にオーナーに奥様にアルバイトのメンバー皆さん接客が温かくて、ほんまに良いお店です！追記:トイレが写真を撮りたいくらい綺麗ですよ！飲食店のトイレと厨房は正比例してると良く言われますが、こちらのトイレを見ると何か安心感あります。 This is a shop that sells Yakitori using local chicken from Ehime. ま	まいまい on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ コロナ前です。とにかく料理の出が悪く一時間で二品しか出てこず他にオーダーしていた料理も作る前だったのでキャンセルして帰りました。一時間で来たのはサラダと串2本だけでした。スピードメニューかと思ったポテトサラダでさえ結局来ることはなかったです。店はまだ空席もあったので混んでるようではなかったです。接客は良く店も清潔感があり良い店なのだとは思います。評判も良いです。なのでとても残念でした。コロナが落ち着いたらまた行けたらなぁと思い期待の★3です。 In front of Corona.
