★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 別の個人病院にて入院中、対応不可な症状が発生したため夕方救急車で搬送後入院。
翌朝更生病院から当院で入院になるため荷物移動をと説明あり→家族が急いで荷物を運び昼頃搬入完了→医師診察後夕方､当院で対応すべきことではなかったため明朝個人病院にもどるようにと説明あり。
入院と判断した人は誰？

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お金余分に取られた上に返金するからこちらに来いと言われました。
その時の電話で「すぐにお渡しできるようにわかるようにしておきます」と時間内なら受付、時間外なら時間外窓口へ来てと言われたが結構自宅から距離あるので休日にわざわざ出向いていくと時間外受付でしたが、超態度悪いうえに「すぐにお渡しできるようにわかるようにしておきます」と言われてたの伝えようとしたら被せるように「お待ちください!」と言われました。が、こちらも急いでいたので再度そのこと伝えたら「30分以上はお待ちいただくかと思います。」と言われて帰ったわｗ
こちらには一切非が無いうえにそのことも伝えてるので理解してるはずなのに何あの態度でした。
このような受付の病院はどうなのだろうか・・・
受付って会社でも病院でもそうですが、「顔」ですよね？
それを踏まえて対応していただきたかったが、そうではない病院ということです。
行かれる方はお気をつけて・・・

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 原因究明もせず、患者家族の声も聴かず必要な検査もして頂けませんでした。
他の病院のDr.に診てもらったところ、レントゲン検査のみで
原因がわかりその直後に急変し祖父は他界しました。しっかりと検査し診断、治療して頂けたら助かった命です。
異議申し立てをしたところ管理室の方には訴えてくださいとキレられました。
人の命ってそんなに軽いのかな？こんな病院に大事な家族を任せられますか？

よかった点
救急で忙しいのに医師がとても丁寧で
複数の医師で相談してくれた。
かんごしさん、医師が優しい
ご飯がまあまあ美味しい
微妙な点
救急だからかもしれないが同じ空間にコロナ陽性の人が何人かいて、めっちゃ咳しててうつるのではないかと不安だった、せめて発熱してる人は場所を分けてて欲しい。
シャワー設備か古い
救急の看護師に何度も何度も太い針を刺されて失敗されて痛かった。

朝イチだったかは分からないけどめっちゃ早く終わりました。
受け付け→書類確認→診断→注射→待機（15分〜30分）→終了 あっという間に終わってビックリ^ ^

お見舞いでは来たことあったけど☺️
