し	しふぉ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 地元民なので時折利用してます。店内はそこまで酷くないです。レビューを書こうと思ったのは 2019.10.8の午前中でした。バンギャ風のスタッフさんレジ対応が悪すぎて一言一言に言葉に圧がありました。何か怒っているような喋り方で対応されて、ちょっと怖くて一緒に一番くじ購入しようと思ってましたが言い出せず、結局見送りました。顔もずっと真顔で笑顔はなく…。今まで何度も利用しているけれど、ここまで酷いのは初めてでした…。メンタル強めの方はそこまでかもですが… 正直この人接客向いてないな。と感じました。徳島はアニメイトここだけなのでアニメイト限定とか以外はこれから違う店に行きます…。 I use it occasionally because it is a local. ま	まなを on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 田舎なので商品の品揃えなどはさておき、レジ以外の店員さんの接客がひどいです。漫画を買いに来てた時の話なのですが『こちらの漫画どこにありますか？』って聞いたら無言でどこか行き無言で本を渡されました。笑顔も無かったです。研修の店員さんがレジを打つのに慣れてなく、特典もつけわすれていたのですが『初めての人だからまあいいか。』とおもってレジ打ち終わるのを待っていたのですが男の店員さんがいきなり研修の店員さんに怒鳴りはじめたのにびっくりしました。。せめてお客さんの目の前では怒鳴らないようにして下さいね。。大阪や東京や県外のアニメイトによく行くのですがすごく接客もいいですよ。1度参考にしてはいかがでしょうか？ Since it is a countryside, aside from the product lineup, the clerk other than the cashier is terrible for serving customers.
