★ ★ ★ ★ ★ こちらの業者に新品エアコンを取付工事費税込１４３００円で取付しました。床は養生してくれたがエアコン取付部分には養生してくれなかったので下に置いてあった荷物壁の削りカスで汚れてしまいました。それと室外機の配管が大きく出てるのと室外機が通路側にはみ出ていたので直してもらいました。来た人が慣れていないのか電話でやり方を聞いていました。取付する時にこちらから指示を出したほうがいいと思います。特に配管通す際には開けていい壁かどうか確認したほうがいいと思います。穴開けてからでは元に戻すの大変なので。エアコン自体は正常に冷えるのでその点については特に問題はないです。

結論としては、非常に残念な業者だと評価します。
連絡については、早くはないけれど、だいたい３～４日くらいでくれます。対応も表面上は丁寧です。
一方、価格が全般的に高めなので、高いなりの専門的な知識を期待していました。しかし残念なことに、ネットで調べられるレベルの知識も持っていないようでした。客側が自分でしっかり調べて「これはこうなんじゃないの？」と指摘しないと、ある意味適当な工事をされてしまいます。
私の場合は、設置をしてしまった後に調べて、実はその設置場所ではダメだ、ということが分かってしまい、非常に無駄なお金がかかってしまいました。設置前にきちんと専門的な立場から、説明や設置場所の選択肢がもらえていたら、こんなことにはならなかったのに、と残念に思いました。
家電量販店で、付属で付いてくる格安エアコン設置工事と、レベルは変わらないです。わざわざ高いお金を払うほどの専門性を持っている業者ではない、と評価します。
