★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 働き手としての感想。たった１人でグループホームの入居者全員を回さなければならない大変な仕事です。夜勤と昼勤のちゃんぽんで、今日が何日の何曜日なのか分からなくなる。個人的感想は結構ブラック。お金はいい。施設も綺麗です。
Impressions as a worker. It's a tough job where you have to turn all the residents of a group home by yourself. With night shift and day shift champon, I don't know what day of the week it is today. My personal impression is quite black. Money is good. The facility is also beautiful.
