上から目線、言葉だけ丁寧、気持ちが

あれ以上言葉を交わすと嫌味に感じます。
自分も接客業ですが、改めて
接客では気持ちが大切だと実感しました。
接客の基礎からもう一度学んだ方が良いと思います。
