チーズケーキに生クリームとフルーツを数種乗せたホールのスペシャルチーズケーキも絶品！

一番の好きな所はチーズケーキの上に塗られたジャム？テカテカのソース？です。
これがあるチーズケーキが好きです。
お店は小さなお店なので、初めて行く時はちょっと分かりにくいかも。
それもまたいいんですけどね。

専門店ということもありチーズケーキの種類は豊富です。お薦めはやはりスフレです。自宅で食べる際はクレームアングレームソースを作って食べています。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ JR和泉府中駅から徒歩5分以内くらいの距離にある和泉市でチーズケーキの有名店。輸入チョコレートを使ったチョコレートチーズケーキは予約しても１年待ち。他のチーズケーキは1階で購入して持ち帰りも可能だが、階段で上がった2階席で食べることも可能。ドリンク付きのケーキセットは500円〜。2階席は、木の温もり感じる雰囲気で清潔感があり2〜３人用が2テーブル、4人用席が1テーブルあり。出窓に天使の置物があったり、自由に読めるように置いてある本がインテリ系だったりして落ち着きます。食べたチーズケーキより季節限定の抹茶モンブランが美味しかったです
