★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ボロボロ。エントランスの屋根が腐食して崩れている。家主は修繕する気配なし。鳩がいっぱいいる。角部屋は特に小さい真ん中のベランダが鳩のフンだらけになる。屋上からフンが落ちてくるので、朝は掃除されているが、夕方には汚くなっている。エレベーターが一基しかないので、相当待たされる。背が高い人向けに設計されているので、あらゆるものが高い。段差も多い部屋。
