一度自転車屋さん見てからと思って入り、店長さんの親切丁寧な説明と気に入ったクロスバイクがあり、ここで買おうと思いました。よくとおる道沿いにありこれからもいろいろ教えてくれそうです。

相談したくて持っていっているのに、話の聞き方がなっていない。相談し始めた時になぜかこちらを向かず他の作業し出すし、修理できるはずのものを知識不足からか意味のわからん理由をつけてこられました。
Correspondence worst.
I have it because I want to talk to him, but I don't know how to listen to it. When I started to consult, for some reason I didn't turn to this place and started doing other work, and I was given a reason why I didn't understand the meaning of what I should be able to repair because of lack of knowledge.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 少し高めの自転車自転車を買い、サドルの座る部分が、破けて、店に行って、見てもらったら、使い方の問題で、対応も修理もしなく、費用が、かかる交換と言われた。買ってすぐだったので、あまりにも、酷い対応です。保証とかメーカーに、言うとか何らなの対応が他の自転車屋さんは、あると聞きました。ここの店では、購入は、やめましょう
I bought a slightly higher bicycle, and when the part where the saddle sits was torn and I went to the store to see it, it was said that it was a costly replacement because of the problem of usage, no response or repair. It was just bought, so it's too terrible. I heard that other bicycle shops have some kind of support for warranty or manufacturer. Don't buy at this store
