★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 金曜日の朝コンタクトの処方で初めて行ったら、受付のおばさんにドヤ顔で、コンタクトの処方は火曜木曜と決まっています申し訳ございません。と言われて受付前に貼ってある紙提示されたんですけど、ドヤ顔で追い返すぐらいならHPに書いといてほしいです。事前にHP見て行ってるんですけど、診療案内に記載しておくべきでは？初めて行って受付前に貼ってる紙に書いてあるその医院独自のルールなんて知りませんよ。ちなみに、診療開始10分前に行って既に10人くらいは待ってたと思います。予約できないし、密って感じもしました。
When I first went to the contact prescription on Friday morning, I was sick of the receptionist's lady, and I am sorry that the contact prescription is set to Tuesday and Thursday. I was told that I was presented with the paper pasted in front of the reception desk, but I would like you to write it on the HP if you want to turn it back with a doy face. I've been looking at the website in advance, but should I mention it in the medical information? I don't know the clinic's own rules written on the paper pasted before the reception when I go for the first time. By the way, I think I went 10 minutes before the start of medical treatment and had already waited for about 10 people. I couldn't make a reservation and I felt it was dense.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 目の痛みがあるという親の付き添いで受診しましたが、数人しかいなかったのに説明もなく後から来た人を先に通すなど後回しにされ続けて2時間以上待たされました。全く呼ばれないので一度抜けて戻ってこようかと思い、何番目なのか受付に聞いても、はっきりした答えもないし言われた時間から最終的に受診されたのは1時間以上後でした。結局先生の独断で順番が決められてスタッフはその指示に従うだけで診察待ちの人の状況など、把握できていないんだとよくわかりました。受付の症状ヒアリングや先生の診察もテキパキなんでも的確に答えられる人ならいいのかもしれませんが、言葉に詰まったりする患者には一方的になりがちで寄り添おうという気持ちが感じられません。親が安心して通える場所ではないと思い、今後は別の医院に通うことにします。

I wasn't called at all, so I thought I'd leave and come back, and when I asked the receptionist what number it was, there was no clear answer, and it was more than an hour later that I was finally seen from the time I was told. After all, the order was decided at the discretion of the teacher, and I understood well that the staff could not grasp the situation of the person waiting for the examination just by following the instructions. It may be good if the person can answer the symptoms of the receptionist and the doctor's examination accurately, but the patient who gets stuck in words tends to be unilateral and does not feel the desire to snuggle up. I don't think it's a place where parents can go with peace of mind, so I'll go to another clinic in the future.
