筋肉痛でこり固まって血流が悪く、疲れも取れていないとのこと。睡眠時間、食事量、肩こり等質問されました。カルテ注視で、早口、何回か聞き直しました。
いきなり鍼治療は本当です。打ってみる？初めて？など本人の意思はありません。
いきなりです(笑)
ですが、翌日には8割痛みが引きました。
前情報で興味を持ったり、鍼に抵抗がなければ効果ありと思います。
何も知らずにいけば不信感満載で治療は逆効果かもなとも思います。
薬は漢方も混ざって数種類、先生は詳しく教えてくれませんが、隣の薬局の薬剤師さんは説明も質問の答えも丁寧です。
自分で虚血体質だと自覚がありましたが、処方はばっちり虚血向きの漢方でした。
