2月の寒い時期で、洗車機を使っている時に水の出が悪いなと思ったら、フロントからリアにかけてスリ傷だらけになって愕然としました。
担当の方に見てもらうと、傷はつくものだから仕方ないとの事。
水の出が悪いと機械が止まり、履歴に残るはずとの事で、保証無し。
あきらかに洗車機の深いキズなのに。
二度とここの洗車機は使いません。
本当に酷い対応です。

Apparently it was a deep scratch on the car wash machine.
I will never use the car wash machine here again.
It's a really terrible response.
