レジの人が間違えてららぽーとのクレカで決済。(ポイントを貯めるだけで支払いは別のカードで、と伝えていたのに)
訂正するのにサービスカウンターに行ってくれと言われたのでサービスカウンターに行ったら何度説明しても見当違いなことを繰り返す店員さん。
私たちが目の前にいるのに後ろにいた別の店員に「この人たち、これじゃないっていってんだよねー」って言ってて（笑）
お店側のミスによるクレームなのにその言い方はないだろって思いました。
そのあと別の人が来て、正しいカードで決済をするに当たって
「こちらのミスなので今回、特別に、ららぽーとのポイントは取り消さずにそのまま付くようにします。」を何回も何回も繰り返して言ってきたのも不快でした。1度言えばわかりますし、そんなに特別特別いうなら別にポイント付けなくてもいいんだけど…って感じでした。
小さい子どもを連れているのにこの対応だけで20分くらい足止めで子どもはグズるしとても疲れました。

レジの位置が良く変わるので、たまに行くと少し戸惑いますが、とても広く品ぞろえも良いので、困ったときにはこちらで洋服などを選んでいます。
また、現在コロナの影響のためか募集していませんが、毎月１才のおたんじょう日会を無料で行っているので、気になった方は（コロナが落ち着いた頃にでも）是非チェックしてみてください。
とても倍率が高いため参加が難しいのですが、参加させて頂いた者として、とても思い出に残る楽しいイベントでしたので皆様にオススメしたいです。
