電話の時間は、そのままとらえないで

新幹線の到着時間に合わせ1時間以上前に予約しましたが、予定時間を過ぎても現れず、電話すると悪びれもせず、これから行くので10分以上かかるとのこと。
なんのために予約したのかと苛立ちました。
こうした予約は一般的ではないのかも知れません。しかし、時間に大きく遅れるなら一報は欲しいと思います。
Use at 22:30 on Tuesday night.
I made a reservation more than an hour before the Shinkansen arrival time, but it didn't show up even after the scheduled time, and it wouldn't be bad if I called the phone.
I was frustrated with the reason for the reservation.
These reservations may not be common. However, if you are too late in time, I would like a report.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 15分ほどで着きますと言われたのに来たのは1時間後。謝罪も何もなく逆に拗ねたような態度で運転されて家に着くまで非常に不快でした。二度と利用しません。
It was an hour later that I was told that it would arrive in about 15 minutes. It was extremely uncomfortable until I got home by being driven in an attitude that I apologized to the contrary without any apology. I will never use it again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 二度と使わない。軽い感じの女性受付。およそ１０分～１５分で到着しま～す。って、毎回一時間以内に到着した事がない。遅れて到着した事に対してドライバーからの謝罪も一切なし。一度もない。
会社の運営方針が腐ってるのかと思われます。
ご利用をご検討の方は到着時間を何度も何度も何度も確認した方が良いと思いますよ。
Never use it again. A light female receptionist. It will arrive in about 10 to 15 minutes. I never arrived within an hour each time. No driver apologies for arriving late. I never have.
It seems that the company's management policy has gone bad.
If you are considering using it, you should check the arrival time again and again.
