If you like watching TV when bathing in outside onsen then it is for you because they have big TV set outside. Would give 5 star if this Onsen had good view but since it is within city so nothing to watch outside of onsen.

Outside there are also different kinds and a tv playing. The restaurant attached has a wide variety of Japanese dishes to order. You order from a pad. Menu is in Japanese but it has pictures. There are also massage chairs, vending machines, and other services but I only went for the onsen and some don. Place is very clean and well-kept. Everything is charged to a key/wristband that you use to pay at a machine at the end.
B	Blair Brauch on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food was good and it seems like a nice onsen. However, I reserved a spa treatment. I gave myself an hour to enjoy the Onsen before the treatment. I came with my mother in law and wanted to spend time with her. I hadn’t even finished cleaning my body before a staff member forced me to get in the onsen. I thought I had time. I should have had at least thirty more minutes. However, they wanted to take me early. I was embarrassed because I wasn’t able fully clean myself before the treatment. During the treatment the ladies were nice at first, but another customer came in too. I guess we were both overweight. They started commenting on how big we were. It was in Japanese but I understood what they meant. I felt even more uncomfortable after that. There was no bedside manner, the room was cold and it seemed like it was more of a job to them. However, for almost ¥7000, I think it could have been more personal and professional. After the treatment, I was finally able to get clean. However, I wasn’t able to enjoy the onsen with my family. I think the onsen itself would have been good. However, I am so disappointed. I won’t be going back to this place. Perhaps, spa treatments and hot springs should be separate.
