f	fujiko mine on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 支援センターはなみがわに、この法人が設立された当初から在籍しているお局職員がいる。家族会でも話題に出るほど酷い気分屋で、虫の居所が悪いと利用者に向かって大声で怒鳴りつけたりする。利用者は、職員に話を聞いてもらいに来る人も多いが、このお局は逆に自分の自慢話や苦労話を利用者に話して聞かせている。なんのための職員なのか分からない。本当に福祉職員としての資格を持っているのかすら不明。挙句の果てに、何がお局の逆鱗に触れたか分からないが、役所へ提出する書類を発行してもらえなかったことが2度続いた。金銭絡みの書類だったため、忘れたでは済まされず、謝罪を要求したが、横を向いて謝罪しているようでしていない動作をされ、こちらが障害者だから舐められている、と感じた。その後、逆ギレなのか嫌がらせなのか、館内で私のことを何度も睨みつける動作をされ、恐怖と怒りで施設に行こうとしたり、電話をかけようとしただけで吐き気やめまい等の体調不良に陥る状態になった。併設されているB型作業所に行くこともできなくなり、両方の利用を停止せざるを得なくなった。利用者がそこまでの不利益を被っていても、まだこのお局職員は在籍しているらしいから驚きだ。この法人に自浄作用は無いらしい。県の第三者機関にも通報・相談したが、話は受け付けるし事実関係の調査もするが、施設や職員の人事に介入することは出来ない、と言われた。なんのための機関なのか、ここでも疑問が生じた。ちなみに、私が言っていることは事実だと言われた。他の職員は非常に福祉的で安心できるだけに、とても残念でならない。 The support center Hanamigawa has staff members who have been enrolled since the establishment of this corporation. Since it was a financial document, I couldn't forget it and asked for an apology, but I felt that I was being licked because I was a handicapped person because I did not seem to apologize by turning sideways. After that, whether it was reverse or harassment, I was glared at me many times in the hall, and I tried to go to the facility with fear and anger, or just trying to make a phone call caused nausea and dizziness. I was in a state of falling. I couldn't even go to the attached B-type workshop, and I had to stop using both. Even if the user suffers such a disadvantage, it is surprising that this station staff is still enrolled. It seems that this corporation has no self-cleaning effect. I also reported and consulted with a third-party organization in the prefecture, but I was told that I would not be able to intervene in the personnel affairs of facilities and staff, although I would accept the talk and investigate the facts. The question arose here as to what the institution was for. By the way, I was told that what I was saying was true. It's a shame that the other staff are very welfare and reassuring.
