研修中で3日休んだだけでクビになりました。
研修中で3日休むなんて考えられないと言われました。利用者の名前覚えるのが苦手で2週間で覚えろとか鬼畜すぎて病みました。
夏季休暇も勝手に休み入れられるそーゆう所です。
扱いが酷すぎる介護施設でした。
 I used to work.
I got fired just by taking a rest for 3 days during the training.
I was told that I couldn't think of taking three days off during the training. I'm not good at remembering the user's name, so I got sick because I was too devilish to remember it in two weeks.
It is a place where you can take a rest without permission during the summer vacation.
It was a care facility that was too harsh to handle.
