業務の仕方が違う機械を扱うのに急に任せられる年配者の方達も沢山います。どこが違うのか、どう行っているのかを学ぶ時間は各自仕事の合間に聞きに行くしかありません。
当然ミスが出てクレームになることもあります。私も同じ経験をしました。
長年勤めている方曰わく「これが当たり前の会社」とのことですが、他の会社でもこんなことは当たり前なのでしょうか…？

Of course, mistakes can occur and complaints can be made. I had the same experience.
