職員が挨拶しない、時間まで指定してきた割には人を待たせて『遅くなってすみません』…『お待たせしました』の一言すら一切なし。
ダメだよここは。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 口コミで余り評判が良くないようですが父はここの職員さんが好きで喜んでいました。
訪問介護とショートステイでしたがどちらも喜んで行っていました。
特に理学療法士の方との相性が良かったようです。
国立祭りに出店している時に父を連れて行きましたがその時も職員さんに会えるのを喜んでいました。
設備が最新では無いのと職員さんとの相性もあるのでお勧めとか止めた方が良いとかはは言い切れませんが個人的には満足しています。
電車の駅から遠いので余り交通の便が良くなく駐車場が無いのもちょっとマイナス点です。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 見学にいった感じでは、施設の建物は老朽化しているようにみえるが、雰囲気が明るく、職員も穏やかな感じだった。紹介してくれた病院のワーカーさんもおすすめということだったが、いい感じの施設に見えた。
From the feeling of visiting, the building of the facility seems to be dilapidated, but the atmosphere was bright and the staff were calm. The hospital worker who introduced me was also recommended, but it looked like a nice facility.
