★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 純粋に食事でよらせてもらったのですが、出てくるのも遅くて味もお世辞にも美味しいとは言えませんでした。お酒を楽しむところで料理はおまけ程度と考えた方が良いかもしれません。

開店当時から訪問させて貰っていますが、当時良くカウンターに立っていたオーナーのセンスと接客力の高さ、そしてしっかりとしたシェイカーの振りにでハードシェイクも出来、アレクサンダーも上手に作れます。「所沢なのに！」って驚きがありました。
お酒の知らない人でも、好みなどを効いてカクテルを作ります、フレッシュな果物をつかって、バーでもレアなボストンシェイクを見せてくれるます。女性一人でも通える気持ちのいいお店です。オーナーのしっかりとした接客を理解しているバーテンさんがいるのでいい意味で知ったかや、ええカッコしいバーテンはいません。
今や地元でも老舗のバーでしょうね。老舗になるだけの大事なモノがあるお店です
