m	mutsuki hirohinata on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ケーキバイキングを利用しましたが、6種のオーダー品メニューのうち1種が開始20分程度の時点で品切れしており、その後も補充がされませんでした。一人が一度に注文できるのが2つまでのため、品切れまでにいくつも食べた客がいるとは考えづらく、それから間もなく6種のうち半分が品切れになったため、元々用意されている数が利用者に対して足りていなかったものと思われます。最終的には2種がラストオーダー時点で品切れ、3種は一時的に品切れしていました。当日は予約者を先に入店させており、予約なしの客が多かったようですので、店が想定するよりも利用者がかなり多かったのかもしれません。予約なしで入店を断られている人を見たことはありませんが、予約なしでも入店できるからと予約をしない人が増えると今後も同じようなことが起こらないとは言えません。入店するために予約するのではなく、店に十分な在庫を用意してもらうために予約は必須と考えたほうがよいでしょう。 Cake Viking was used, but one of the 6 kinds of ordered items was out of stock at the start of about 20 minutes and was not replenished after that.
