★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 電話で相談したのだが、担当者が不在で折り返し待ちでした。全く折り返しが来ず、再度電話したが「僕一人でして…全然わからないです」と言われた。社会人じゃないのかな？
翌日再度電話しましたが、連絡が遅くなったことを詫びることもなく「今帰ってきたのでー」とのこと。
そしてガチャ切り。社会人じゃ（以下同文）
ここでは社会人が働いていないのかもしれません…。最低限の接客態度もできてない。大変不快でした。
返信いただいたので追記。
そういうことじゃないんだよな…と感じました。
いつ担当者が戻るかどうかわからない社員（情報共有できてない）
折り返しする、と言っておきながら電話番号確認しない（ナンバーディスプレイに表示されてても普通確認はするだろうに）（そもそも折り返しする気がなかったのかもしれません。実際来なかったので）
ほうれんそうができてない会社（僕一人なのでわからない、は唖然としました）（連絡あったこと報連相できてない）
今帰ってきたので、と、詫びることもない担当者。
そして最後のガチャ切り。（研修等で学ばなかったのでしょうか…）
3人としか電話してませんが、それでこれでは、あのような対応でも仕方ないのかな、と思えるようになりました。
そういう会社なんだな、ということにすれば腹も立たないかもしれません（いや立つけど）
I consulted on the phone, but the person in charge was absent and I was waiting for a call back. I didn't get a call back at all, and I called again, but he said, "I'm alone ... I don't know at all." Isn't it a member of society?
I called again the next day, but without apologizing for the late contact, he said, "I'm back now."

It may be that working people are not working here ... I haven't been able to serve customers at the minimum. It was very unpleasant.

I felt that it wasn't like that.
Employees who do not know when the person in charge will return (information cannot be shared)
I say I'll call you back, but I don't check the phone number (I would normally check it even if it's displayed on the number display) (Maybe I didn't want to call back in the first place, because I didn't actually come)
A company that can't spinach (I don't know because I'm the only one, I was stunned)
The person in charge who does not apologize because he is back now.
And the last gacha cut. (Did you not learn in training etc ...)
I've only called three people, but now I'm wondering if that kind of response is unavoidable.
It may not be annoying to say that it is such a company (although it is annoying)
