y	yucho on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 何度か利用していますが、毎回思うのが客の数に対してスタッフが足りない。もう少し余裕を持たせて客の数を減らすべき。予約時間前について、受付して待つが必ず予約時間より遅くに呼ばれ、呼ばれたとしても説明だけされて後は待ってください状態。終わるのが予約時間から数えて2時間とかかかる。ひどいと3時間... 写真撮影が終わっても、写真選びまでに1時間半待ってくださいと言われたときは驚いた。スタッフも子供には愛想良くても親には悪いです。笑人によりますけどね( ；∀；) I have used it several times, but every time I think that there are not enough staff for the number of customers. We should give some more room and reduce the number of customers. Before the reservation time, we will accept and wait, but it will always be called later than the reservation time, and even if it is called, it will only be explained and then wait. It takes about 2 hours to finish, counting from the reserved time. Terrible and 3 hours ... I was surprised when I was asked to wait an hour and a half before choosing a photo, even after taking the photo. The staff is friendly to children but bad to parents. Lol It depends on the person (； ∀ ；)
T	TAKA W on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 女性スタッフのみで撮影に関してはプロだなぁと思いました。ただ、写真を選んだりお会計をしたりの時間がとにかくかかる。平日の空いている時間以外は辛いかな、子供が飽きてしまいます。基本店内は狭いので子供が遊べる所も無いです。 I thought that it was a professional in regards to photography with only female staff. However, it takes time to select photos and check out. Other than the free time on weekdays, it will be difficult for the child to get bored. The basic store is small so there is no place for children to play.
歌	歌川純一 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2週間程前に予約をして、予約の3日前に予約時間をお店の都合により変更してくれと言われました。時間通りじゃないと困ると言うと、時間通りに来ても待つことになりますとの返事。何の為の予約なのか、客を馬鹿にした対応の為クレームをコールセンターからしたところ週末で混み合っている為のお時間の変更をお願いしましたと店舗の責任者から連絡がありました。店も時間より早く開けて対応していますと言いますけど、それはお店の勝手で客には関係ない事だと思います。無理に客を入れようと思わず、断れば良いだけのことですから。家族との思い出の写真を、ちゃんと撮りたい方はここで予約されない事をお勧めします。他にも客はいると、粗末に扱われてしまいますから。 I made a reservation about 2 weeks ago and was told to change the reservation time 3 days before the reservation due to the convenience of the store. カ	カクテキ大好き on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 衣装もあり、カメラマンさんもとっても優しくいい雰囲気でしたが　最後に案内してくれた女性の声がなんせ聞き取りにくい。何度も聞き返しているのだから少し声を張ってくれてもいいのだけど、毎度同じ声量で　最後の方は聞こえていない状態で返事するような状態でした。さらにその人、首の座っていない我が子を抱っこする時支えもしてくれなくて　首がガクッとしたし　こっちの反応にも気付いたはずなのにそのままズイズイ進んでいっちゃうし　すごく嫌でした。 There were costumes, and the cameraman had a very nice atmosphere, but it was hard to hear the voice of the woman who guided me at the end. ル	ルフ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2021‐11 子供の七五三の為、予約して訪問。七五三の時期なので混雑しており、待たされる。しかしこれは仕方ない。順番が来て説明に入るが、店側は5万円程度のセット商品を販売したいようでこちらの要望は聞かず。「安めのシンプルな物で良い」と伝えると、急に機嫌が悪くなり、つっけんどん。「台紙、アルバム、写真集、六つ切り、四つ切どうしますか？」いやいや、全然わかりません。写真、素人ですから。結局、5カットのアルバム？写真集？40000円程度になったと思われるが妻支払いの為詳細不明。その他に、艶あり、艶なし、エンボスなど色々あるようで詳しく説明してくれないとわからないことばかり。家族でのカットもあると思い、スーツを来て行ったがそのような説明はなし。子供のカットのみで撮影は終了した。ホームページを見ると家族で撮影した七五三写真もあるので家族で撮影するパターンもあると思うがよくわかりません。 2021-11 I made a reservation and visited for my child's Shichigosan. ね	ねこ好きおやじ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 子どもの成人式の写真撮りで久しぶりに行きました。個人的なイメージで、対象は赤ちゃん、子どもと思っていましたが、成人式の撮影も対応しています。ただ、うちは息子だったんですが、衣装は想像以上に少なく、その面と、周りが赤ちゃん、子どもばかりだったので、気持ちが浮いてしまった感は隠し切れないかぁ。スタッフは丁寧な対応で満足でしたが、進行がとんとんとスピード感あふれていて、のんびり屋の私はついていくのがやっと。使い分けをしていき、成人式の写真や大人の写真は「写真館」とつくところで撮っても良いかなぁ？と個人的に感じました。 I went to take a picture of a child's seijin-shiki for the first time in a while.
