A	Aoto Natsu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 四条畷店を初めて利用しました。人見知りもしない、初めて会った人も男女問わす抱っこされてもニコニコの息子が、すごく怖がって泣いてしがみついて、びっくりでした。カメラマンの女の方が大人からみても威圧感があり怖いなぁと思いました。その人は上の人間？なのか、他のスタッフの方に対しての言い方もきつく雑に聞こえて、空気はよく感じませんでした。息子が泣いてしまっていたので、お菓子をあげることになったのですが、わたしに断りもなくお菓子の袋に手をいれてお菓子をとり、息子の口にいれてきました。。。え。。きもちわるい。。すごい嫌な気持ちになりました。親に断りもなく普通勝手に触りますか？？しかも口にいれるものを。。。ちょっと非常識すぎますよね。びっくりしました。せっかく一歳の撮影で楽しく気持ちよく帰れるはずなのに、とても嫌な気持ちになりました。最後に写真の選択をしてくれた方・足形をとってくれた方はとっても優しい雰囲気で、対応がよかったです。息子も安心した様子でした。カメラマンの女性の接客については、再度見直し、教育されるべきだと思います。次回、別のカメラマンの方に対応して頂けるのであれば四条畷店を利用したいですが、その方しか無理ならば、利用はやめておこうとおもいます。 I used the Shijoku store for the first time. n	nog on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 料金設定が複雑で説明が杜撰。七五三で利用しましたが、当日の着付セットでお願いして無事前撮り撮影終了。そして当日、着付け後に「記念写真を【無料】で撮影できますよ〜」と妻が言われたらしく、せっかくなのでお願いしました。前撮りに料金が含まれてるのかな？とか考えつつ。とんとん拍子に撮影が進み、しばらくして写真を選んでくださいと言われたので選び、その後にフレームをこの中から選んでくださいと言われたので、なんだかずいぶんとクオリティの違うフレームの選択肢だなと少し疑問を感じつつ、提示された中から選びました。そしてレジで呼ばれたので向かうと、撮影料無料でフレーム代が○○円、しめて○○円になりますとのこと。妻も私も無料と聞いていたので「え？」となりましたが、その後の七五三の予定があるので渋々支払いました。散々前撮りの際にお金を払った後なので、予定外の出費にトホホとなった次第です。確認しなかったこちらにも問題はありますが、せめて各種フレームの代金くらいは提示の際に説明してもらえないものかと。早口で流れるように分かりにくい説明をされ、会計時に思ってもなかった請求を後からされて泣き寝入りされた方、他にもいると思いますよ。個々の店員さんがどうというよりは、そういうシステムなのかなと思いました。 The price setting is complicated and the explanation is unclear.
