店長に対応していただいたが、客に関心がないような雰囲気を感じた。
オプションが間に合わず、納車の次の週に届くので郵送するという話をしたのにも関わらず、連絡ないまま1ヶ月。
その上、点検後のメールアンケートには高評価お願いしますという図々しいお願いもあった。
客に敬意もない店にどう高評価をつけろというのか。
点検も伺ったが、不具合の内容が正しくサービススタッフに伝わらなかったり
点検直後に新しい不具合が出るなど、信用のおけないお店です。
全くオススメできません。
他にもオプション発注ミス、車室内の清掃不足、外装の確認不足などあり、単なるミスではなく、普段の仕事の進め方がもろに露呈したような印象でした。
あと車の状態確認が終わってないのに、納車時の確認項目にチェックを打たせるのはどうかと思います。結果、不備があったわけですし。
受付の方の印象は良かったです。

In addition, there were mistakes in ordering options, insufficient cleaning of the passenger compartment, insufficient confirmation of the exterior, etc. It was not just a mistake, but it was an impression that the way of doing usual work was exposed.
After checking the condition of the car, I think you should check the items to be checked when the car is delivered. As a result, there were deficiencies.
The receptionist had a good impression.

手続きに若干ミスがあったものの
認定中古車を契約から実質2週間ほどで納車して頂きました。
店員の対応に関してネガティブなレビューが散見されたので
若干不安でしたが、そのようなことはありませんでした。
気になった点としては遠方のためメールでやり取りさせて
頂いていたのですがレスポンスが遅く感じました。

キャンペーン中でなかった為新車購入特典が無かったのが残念でした！（ ; ; ）
