マンション内にまいばすけっとがあり、かなり重宝しています。
11階以上の階層だと、どこの棟でも景色が良いです。
1号棟、4号棟は南向きとなりますが、
夏はベランダの1/3までしか日が当たらないのと、4号棟は北風が入り込むため、意外と涼しいです。
2号棟、3号棟は西日がきつい分、冬場は暖かいです。
The park next door is large and has many trees and plants, so it can be widely used as a playground for children and for walks by grandpas.
There is My Basket in the condominium, which is very useful.
On the 11th floor and above, the view is good in every building.
Buildings 1 and 4 face south,
In the summer, only 1/3 of the balcony is exposed to the sun, and the north wind enters the 4th building, so it is surprisingly cool.
Buildings 2 and 3 are warm in winter due to the harsh west sun.
