休日ランチで利用しました。空いていた印象です。料理がくるのが遅かったりしましたが、店員さんの対応はとても好印象でした。

十数年振りに家族と行きました。お茶やおしぼりがセルフサービスになっている・注文はテーブル上の端末で行う等、色々今風になっていて少し戸惑ったけれど概ね満足しました。昔よりファミレス寄りになった感じでしたね。

先ほど使いましたが、温かい蕎麦は冷めてるし、天丼についてきたタレはあっさりか普通のものか選んで使えるようにか知らないですがボトルは汚いし、、味はあまりなのに値段は高いし、、これではさとが潰れる日は近いだろうなと感じました。とても残念でした、、

1月2日昼に訪れた。新年で店は混みあっていた。駐車スペースが少なく満車状態。注文はタブレットから。混みあっていたが、思いの外早く料理が運ばれてきた。味もまずまず。

昨年11月のことですが、このお店のお刺身を食べた後、細菌性の食中毒になりました。 夕食でお刺身を含むセットメニューを妻と食べて、その日の深夜に夫婦揃って、激しい下痢と嘔吐に加え、全身に痺れのような症状が出ました。そのまま夜間救急のお世話になり、血液検査で白血球値が高かったとこから、夕食の刺身による細菌性の食中毒であろうというのが、担当してくださった先生の見解でした。 親族の勧めもあり、電話にて状況をお伝えしたところ、店長を名乗る男性が出てきて、うちの料理が原因だという証拠でもあるのか、他にそのようなことを言ってきているお客様はいないなどと、非常に喧嘩腰な対応でした。 確かに直接的な証拠はないかもしれないですが、この店で食事をして、その夜に細菌性の食中毒になり、担当医が夕食の刺身が原因と推定しているのは事実ですので、店側のコメントとしてそれはないなと思いました。 ちなみに私も生まれてこの方30年以上食中毒なんかになったことないですからねぇ。笑 2人で2千円ちょっとでリーズナブルに和食を頂くことができましたが、結果夫婦とも体調を崩し、様々な検査を受けることになり万単位の医療費がかかってしまったので、代償はかなり高くつきました。 何よりもあの店長の非常識な言動には違和感しかありませんでした。まぁ、もう行くことも無いと思いますが。

しゃぶしゃぶ食べ放題をランチで頂きました。 個室に案内して頂きコロナ対策もばっちりで美味しい一品料理もたくさん食べました。 時間を13時過ぎからにずらすとランチタイムの混雑と重ならないのと個室なので安心して美味しい料理が頂けますよ。

正月に身内の顔合わせなどで使いました。 一応 一通り揃ってるので老若男女それなりに食べれると思います。 しかし、ほとんど冷凍食品ですしシャブシャブはそんなに美味しくないし私一人ではまず利用しないかと。 確かに店内は清潔やしテーブル、座敷なんかも高齢者に楽やろうしバリアフリーやしいいと思いますがそれだけです。やはり飲食店ならまずは味で勝負しなければ。 私には便利やから多少は我慢して食べろよって感じてしまいます。まあこれはここに限らず大手外食産業どこにも言えることですが。 やはり飲食店って言うのは基本的には次も食べに行きたいねって思わせないとダメやと私は思ってます。 残念ながらここはそういう気持ちにはなれませんでしたね。

2021年8月最新追記です マスクのことは貼り紙してたりで注意喚起しているみたいになってましたが店員の対応は最悪でした。パートなのかな?教育し直さないと態度悪すぎてダメですね???あんな人達がいるお店もうリピートしたく無いです‼️ 初回3月最終日ランチで夫婦でお邪魔しました。 入口にアルコール消毒液が置いてあり、テーブル席ごとに仕切りがあり良かったのですが、注文はタブレットでドリンクバーに自分たちでお茶や水を入れに行くシステムで私達のテーブル席はドリンクバーの直ぐ前にあり数メートルしか離れておらず普通なら便利だけどコロナのリバウンドしつつ在るこの時期ほとんどの客はマスクしてから入れに来てたのに‥?? お座敷の和室に来てた5~6名の?お年寄りグループが頻繁に誰もマスク無しで出て来てはドリンクバーの前を陣取りお喋りしながらコーヒーやソフトクリームを入れに来てましたが最終的に?作ってその場でお喋りしながら食べてから追いソフトしてたのには呆れました??店員さんも近くを通るのに常連なのか?客には注意しません⤵️⤵️問題在りのお店ですっっっっっ‼️ 兵庫県も、近々 まん防が発令されるみたいなので 感染対策ルールをお店側と客側の両方がルールをきっちり守られてるのかを確認されていれば安心安全でリピートしやすくなり助かるんですけど‥? 今回主人は、サトすきのすき焼きセットを注文 お肉が柔らかくてボリュームもあり最後ちょっと味付けの甘味が濃い感じがしたけどそれ以外は良かったと満足みたいです? 私は季節の和膳の春セットにしました。天ぷら、握り寿司と小さなバラ寿司に桜の花の塩漬けが飾られものがメインのご飯物で小さな茶碗蒸しに、小さな蕎麦かウドンが選べセットになってます。季節感があるメニューで美味しく頂けて大変お料理は良かったのでドリンクバーにマスク無しで来させてた店員さんの対応とその客が残念で仕方ない思いでいっぱいです支払いするのにレジ前で密になってたのも気になりましたトイレに行く時なかなか通り難かったです改善お願いします??
