洋菓子屋さんで、シュークリームやプリンが売られています。
このシュークリームが抜群に美味しい。クッキーシューもバリバリでもなく、ほどよい硬さのシュー皮で、中はカスタード。このカスタードが卵が濃くてものすごく濃厚で美味しい。生クリームとダブルにする必要なんて一切ない！と断言できるほど美味しい。
そして、もちろんそのカスタードを使ったプリンも抜群に美味しい。表面がちょっと硬くて。しっかりしたプリンだけど、口に入れるとまろやかなカスタードとカラメルのコラボレーション。
もっと買うべきだった！本当に美味しいです。

未練がましく前に立っていたら、おや？こんなところに洋菓子やさんあったっけ？硝子戸に「しゅーぼーず」なるシュークリーム。大きい。お店の名前もなにやらストーリーありそう。意を決して入ってみる。
昔ながらのショーケースに、これまたなつかしいクラシカルなケーキが並ぶなか、いましたよ。しゅーぼーず君。やはり大きい。優しげな笑顔のお母さん応対してくださり、すみませんとお詫びしつつ一個だけ購入。
お店の外でなりふり構わずバクッ。
シューが厚からず薄からず。これ、けっこう大事なとこなんだけど、クリーム売りにしてるのは多いけど、このシューが美味しいのってそうそうないんですよ。これ、絶妙！
そして緩すぎず固すぎないカスタードの、甘さだけでない美味しさ旨さ✨先程のシューと口のなかで渾然一体となってとろけてゆく一時。
もう、もうね、もう人目なんか気にしちゃいられませんよ。夢中で頬張っちゃいました。これで150円はお店大丈夫？そして間違いなく言えることは、他のケーキもこれは絶対に美味しい✨‼️次はさいちのおはぎと、ぶどうの樹のケーキ?‼️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ さっぱりとした甘みが特徴の、何処か懐かしいケーキがお勧めです。値段もかなり安く（それでも僅かに値上げしたそうですが）、また季節のフルーツを使った新作等も個数は少ないですが販売されています。
イチオシはリンゴを使ったジャーマンケーキとアップルパイです。気さくな女将さんとノスタルジックな店内の雰囲気も素敵です。
