家族がトヨタ車に乗っていて、トヨタは全国にあるし信頼していたのに、初めての利用の店だと客じゃないと言われて驚きました。
事故を起こした時に、利用したことのないトヨタでは、対応してもらえないと分かりました。
その為、困った時にトヨタは頼りにならないと思いました。家族がトヨタ車に乗っていますが、今後はお勧めしないです。
やはり、車はアフターフォローも大切だと思います。トヨタは一流だと思っていましたが、非常に残念です。
